Forester is a private, design-forward retreat suspended nearly 30 feet above the forest floor. Moody, rugged, and furnished with an emphasis on raw, organic materials, it feels completely immersed in the trees—yet sits just eight minutes from Main Street Highlands. Tucked into the forest, the cabin offers a rare sense of seclusion without sacrificing easy access to the town’s restaurants, shops, galleries, and outdoor adventures. Inside, soaring ceilings and oversized windows frame the canopy, filling the space with natural light and bringing the surrounding forest into every room. A double-sided fireplace connects the living room and king bedroom, creating a warm and romantic focal point for slow mornings and quiet evenings. Soothe sore muscles with a soak in the secluded in-room soaking tub tucked away in front of a towering 9 ft. wall of glass with views of the forest floor falling away in front of you. Just 8 minutes from Main Street, you're close to Highlands' celebrated, Wine Spectator–awarded dining scene — but once you're home at Forester, you might not want to leave!
